Introduction

Hi there! 👋🏻

My name is Quintin Coetzee. It's a pleasure to e-meet you.

I'm a passionate People Operations (People & Culture) Professional, and am currently working remotely from my home city of Cape Town, South Africa. 🌲

I'm the happiest and most fulfilled when I'm enabling others to do their best work. 🚀

I have around 10 years of full-time experience in People Ops/P&C (new school human resources), general operations, and administration, and hold a Master's Degree in Business Science (MBSc) from The University of Cape Town. 🎓

If you're here to learn more about me as a person (i.e. my values, personality, etc.), then this FAQ page will give you some great info! 😊

If you're here for detailed examples of my work in the People field, then this 'Google Sheet of Experience' I created will provide you with some great practical (situational) experience from my career thus far.

And if you'd like to learn more about what others think of me, as a person and in terms of working with me, you can do so by visiting my collection of written references.

I thrive when I'm hiring great talent, building and enhancing processes, creating efficiencies within the People Operations function, and enhancing the employee experience as part of an awesome culture with strong values.

I'm driven by people, extremely passionate about my work, and constantly looking for opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.

If you also work in the People & Culture space, work for a cool tech company here in Cape Town or elsewhere, or just want to network and chat about random things, please feel free to reach out to me! I'd be happy to go grab a tea or coffee sometime at a pretty spot in this amazing city
